We are a steel pipe fabricator, specializing in building a variety of pipe assemblies. We are looking for someone who can take the plans from the customer, look at all of the details and calculate a price for the project and then work with our salespeople to land the job.

Prior Estimating in Pipe and/or Misc Metals experience required.

Prior experience in the piping industry preferred.

Be able to pay attention to detail, not afraid to ask questions.

Strong organizational, time management and communication skills are a plus.

Self-starter with the ability to handle multiple projects while being able to prioritize the workload and work with minimal supervision.

Ability to visit customers if needed and sell the project.

Requirements:

• Computer competency
• Ability to read blueprints a must.

The Coating Supervisor will lead and coordinate activities of team members to ensure that production requirements, performance goals, and improvement objectives are achieved. The ideal candidate will establish operational procedures, along with continuous improvement culture. The Supervisor will have accountability for special projects, analysis and problem solving efforts.

• Responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the coating department operations including team members, material, equipment and processes.
• Leverage technology and "push the boundaries" to maintain a competitive position and cost level.
• Optimize coating production quality and productivity in concert with supply and demand from/to other departments.
• Maintain high quality standards for all coating products.
• Provide direction in the resolution of technical and production related problems to assure completions of daily/weekly schedules that meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Monitor and drive priorities per given production schedules.
• Supervise team members in a manner that fosters a safe work environment and self-directed team approach.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Ensure jobs are managed and closed in the computer system, and all data is accurate.

Experience and Competencies:

• 2+ years' experience with ERP utilization
• 5+ years' supervisory experience in coatings shop or similar environment
• Experience working in multiple areas of plant operations: High mix, low volume manufacturing experience preferred, fabrication and/or coatings experience a plus.
• Preferred: Demonstrated knowledge of steel pipe coating.

Requirements:

• Ability to squat, bend, lift, push and kneel.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs, and stand for long periods of time

We are a steel fabricator, specializing in creating a variety of custom pipe assemblies based on the needs of our customers. We are looking for a Class A CDL Driver, someone who can deliver our product to our customers as well as pickup material from our vendors.

Responsibilities Include:

• Pickup and deliver product, OTR and local.
• OTR will be 3-4 nights on the road, home on the weekends.

Skills Needed:

• Must have a CDL Class A
• Must be fluent in English.
• Pay attention to details and not be afraid to ask questions

• Effective written and verbal communication skills

We are a steel fabricator, specializing in creating a variety of custom pipe assemblies based on the needs of our customers. We are looking for a Driver, someone who can deliver our product to our customers as well as pickup material from our vendors. This person will also work in the receiving department when not driving.

Responsibilities Include:

• Pickup and deliver product.
• Receive product from vendors and verify that it matches paperwork.
• Learn and identify what our product is.
• Assist in loading trucks.
• Occasionally you may be needed to assemble stock items and help prepare items for shipment.
• Pull items for shipment out of inventory.
• Take pictures of delivered items and be able to send them to the office via email (phone with camera capabilities)
• Verify UCF packing slips and fill out paperwork.
• Some out-of-town travel will be required
• When not driving, there will be work in the yard, moving material between shops (forklift operation).
• Occasionally you may need to call the customer or vendor to schedule pickups and deliveries.

Skills Needed:

• Must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test.
• CDL is a bonus.
• Must be fluent in English. Spanish Bilingual is a bonus.
• Must be able to use GPS confidently to find delivery locations.
• Ability to use shop drawings to identify product.
• Ability to work as a team and meet delivery deadlines.
• Pay attention to details and not be afraid to ask questions.

• Preferably an individual that can focus on the task at hand but also be flexible if something with a higher priority arises.
